How to rent a car at Caravan?We’ve gathered answers to the most frequently asked questions to make the rental process as easy and clear as possible for you.
1. Where should you go?If you booked a car with pickup from Caravan’s office, please come to 20 Khanjyan Street, where we’ll complete the rental agreement. On-site, you’ll present your documents, review the rental terms, and proceed to inspect the vehicle.If you chose car delivery — to the airport or any address within Yerevan — our staff member will meet you at the specified location, help you with the paperwork, and personally hand over the car.
2. What do you need to bring?To rent a car, you’ll need original copies of the following documents:

3. How long does the process take?The entire process takes no more than 15 minutes. Right after that, you're free to start your trip.
4. How do you choose a car?If you haven’t booked in advance, simply give us a call or visit our office — we’ll offer you available vehicles at the moment.And of course, we’ll gladly help you choose the car that best fits your route and travel style.
