Pursuing one’s profit, everybody resorts to commercial. But sometimes they forget that “forbidden methods” may also serve as a cash cow.

So, Nissan company released its new commercial on American TV. By means of crazy rappers and naked Brazilian models personifying prosperous people throwing away a heap of money for purchasing Ford Focus, the TV commercial has displayed that alike car Nissan Tiida, the price of which is 06 lower than the one of Ford, is not at all worse than its competitor.  

In its turn, offended company of Ford brought an action against Nissan.
