The Hyundai engineers have decided to combine the “seagull wings” opening up with sliding leafs on one car. No car in the world has got such a construction yet so the Korean company was the first to get a patent on this idea. It is not announced yet, when it will get serial embodiment but it is planned to equip the Korean auto producer’s minivans with such a function.

Sliding doors are extremely comfortable for parking – they allow leaving the cabin comfortably without being afraid to hit the neighbouring car. The possibility to open the doors up will be just to the point not only for a large-sized luggage transfers but for journeys as well as in this case it may serve as a shed by opening a free entrance into the cabin. According to the Korean auto producer the novelty will be liked by those who are fond of recreational vehicle category – that is to say car designed for the holidays and long journeys.
