Toyota has been named the most valuable automotive brand in the BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands 2015 study. According to the study, Toyota has a brand value of .9 billion which puts ahead of BMW (.3 billion) and Mercedes (.7 billion). Rounding out the remaining seven slots were Honda, Ford, Nissan, Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover and Lexus. The report says that carmakers enjoyed strong sales in the US and China, but Europe’s economic problems hurt results.
