New Logan and Sandero failed NCAP crash tests
The European New Car Assessment Programme (NCAP) released the safety ratings of two new models Dacia/Renault Logan and Sandero Stepway.
As it is commonly known driving under the influence of alcohol is severely penalized in most of the countries. Nevertheless, in Uruguay, when violating traffic rules, the state of alcohol intoxication may be considered as a mitigating circumstance.
